JOBSITE/53 MILLTOWN ROAD, DANBURY, CT 06811: On/or about April 25, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees who were performing roofing work on an 8:12 pitch roof with an eave height of approximately 20 feet above the ground were provided with fall protection resulting in one of the employees sustaining serious injuries after falling from the roof.
