29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about April 28, 2025, at the work site an employee was working from a truck mounted aerial lift and was not utilizing fall protection. Gilchrist, Inc. Dba M.I.R. Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1778979, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/27/2025 with respect to a workplace located near 27900 I45 North, Oak Ridge North, TX 77385.
