29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 10256 Riverside Drive, Parker, CO 80134: On or about April 28, 2025, employees working on the roof of a residential building were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet without fall protection system. (b) 10256 Riverside Drive, Parker, CO 80134: On or about April 28, 2025, Rocky Mountain Roofing & Restoration, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that Deer Roofing LLC protected their employees from falls in excess of 6 feet, while they were in the process of performing roofing work on a residential building. Rocky Mountain Roofing & Restoration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684907, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 28, 2023 with respect to a workplace located at 6467 S. Sedalia Street, Aurora, CO 80016.
