(b) 10256 Riverside Drive, Parker, CO 80134: On or about April 28, 2025, Rocky Mountain Roofing & Restoration, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that Deer Roofing LLC protected their employees from falls in excess of 6 feet, while they were in the process of performing roofing work on a residential building.  Rocky Mountain Roofing & Restoration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684907, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 28, 2023 with respect to a workplace located at 6467 S. Sedalia Street, Aurora, CO 80016.
