Philadelphia, PA - On or about April 28, 2025, the employer allows employees to work on jobsites without initiating an accident prevention program to address the hazards that employees are exposed to during roofing activities, such as but not limited to fall hazards. Employees were observed working on a roof without the use of fall protection and using a ladder that was not 3 feet above the working surface. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet in height to the ground level below without an accident prevention program.
