29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): 43 Hammond St., Worcester, MA: On April 29, 2025, and at times prior, the employer did not perform initial monitoring to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average of employees who are exposed to chromium (VI) while working at Tank #6 of the aluminum coating line.
