(a) Walnut Street Grafton, WV (Sidewalk Project): On or about April 29, 2025, an employee was operating a Stihl concrete cutting saw without proper engineering controls, exposing the employee to respirable crystalline silica.  Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
