29 CFR  1928.57(a)(11): Where a moving machinery part presented a hazard during servicing or maintenance, the engine was not stopped, the power source was not disconnected, and all machine movement was not stopped before servicing or maintenance was performed, except where the Employer could establish the following in 1928.57(a)(11)(i-iii):  a) Field MI-15, 985 CR-1, Pine Island, NY - On or about April 22, 2025 and at times prior thereto, employees were attempting to clear a clog with their hands inside a Gandy fertilizer spreader while the machine was still rotating. The employer did not ensure the employees disconnected and lockout the power source prior to clearing a clog.
