29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not institute a program of frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Job site, 2150 Roswell Drive, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about April 28, 2025 during roofing work, the employer did not ensure a system was in place to identify and correct safety and health hazards. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, failing to ensure fall protection warning lines were kept at an appropriate height, had flags every 6 feet and were kept an appropriate distance from the edge of the roof.
