29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New construction located on Lot #38 at 2363 Haran Drive Lithonia, GA 30058: Lower roof: On or about 04/30/2025, the employer exposed employees installing house wrap to 10-foot fall hazards in that a conventional fall protection system was not provided . b) New construction located on Lot #39 at 2365 Haran Drive Lithonia, GA 30058: Lower roof: On or about 04/30/2025, the employer exposed employees installing house wrap to 10-foot fall hazards in that a conventional fall protection system was not provided . Liz Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1548781, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/10/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Braemore Lane Newnan, GA 30263
