29 CFR  1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid:  a.)  Sumitomo Electric Industries, LTD dba Keystone Powdered Metal Company - On or about, 4/17/25, and at times prior thereto, an employee sustained a laceration that required medical treatment beyond the capabilities of plant first aid providers.  The employee was not taken to the closest medical treatment facility for over one (1) hour from the time of the injury.  Medical treatment was delayed by the workplace injury case management and evaluation program.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
