29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) At 696 Highland Circle, Richmond Hill, GA 31324: On April 30, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the use of fall protection was not enforced for employees performing roofing activities at heights exceeding 19 feet.  Humberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1743624, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 913 Highland Circle, Lot 58, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.  Humberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1728653, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 102 Chillburn Ct, Bloomingdale, GA.  Humberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1603707, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Crosswinds Dr., Rincon, GA.
