29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b):  a)  Roof: On or about April 23, 2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that employees did not use fall protection when roofing at heights up to 19 feet above ground level.  Humberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1603707, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Crosswinds Dr., Rincon, GA.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access:  a) 913 Highland Circle, Richmond Hill, GA: On or about April 23, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees used ladders that did not have the side rails extended at least three feet above the upper landing surface to access a roof.  Humberto Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1603707, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Crosswinds Dr., Rincon, GA.
