29 CFR 1910.38(a): The employer did not have an emergency action plan whenever an OSHA standard in this part requires one.   a.) 1555 University Drive, State College, PA 16801 - On or about April 29, 2025, the employer did not develop and/or maintain a complete and accurate written emergency action plan to address emergencies, including but not limited to, fire emergencies.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1):  An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:  a.) 1555 University Drive, State College, PA 16801 - On or about April 29, 2025, the employer provided fire extinguishers for employee use and did not provide employees with training to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and/or the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
