29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):  The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met, and had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  a.) 264 Commerce St, Pleasant Gap, PA - Metal Parts Fabrication - Employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to, lubricants, solvents, and welding/brazing materials. The employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a workplace written hazard communication program, on or about April 30, 2025   b.) 264 Commerce St, Pleasant Gap, PA - Metal Parts Fabrication  - Employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to, paints, solvents, adhesives, and welding materials. The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet(s), on or about April 30, 2025.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:   a.) 264 Commerce St, Pleasant Gap, PA - Metal Parts Fabrication - On or about April 30, 2025, employees who chose to wear respirators (3M N-95) voluntarily were not provided the basic advisory information on respirators per 29 CFR 1910.134, Appendix D.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
