29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) On or about 04/17/2025, at the Tower Park Square Residential Project, the employer did not enforce safe practices, when employees were allowed to step up onto an aerial basket railing, during its use of applying sealants to insulated siding 25 ft. above lower levels. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
