29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On the roof of a residence, located at 9450 Cannon Beach Drive, Parrish, Florida 34219:On or about 4/30/25, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees while using pnuematic nail guns while performing framing activities.
