29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  a) Production Room Mezzanine: On or about May 1, 2025, employees engaged in cleaning activities were exposed to a fall hazard from a height of approximately eight (8) feet by not being provided with a fall protection system. 29 CFR  1904.41(a)(2): An establishment had 100 or more employees at any time during the previous calendar year, was classified in an industry listed in appendix B to subpart E of this part, did not electronically submit information from OSHA Forms 300 and 301 to OSHA or OSHA's designee by March 2, 2025:  a) Pardoe's Perky Peanuts Inc.; 143 South Center Street, Montandon, Pennsylvania 17850: On or about May 1, 2025, the employer failed to submit data from their 2024 OSHA 300A to the OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA) on or about March 2, 2025.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
