On or about October 2nd, 2025 and times thereafter, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program for employees working in the Punch Press Department whose noise exposure exceeded an 8-hour TWA on 85dBA, with noise exposure of 93.2dBA and 97.8dBA which is equal to a Time Weighted Average of 92.6dB and 97.2dBA. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
