29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Roof of Building 200: On or about April 29, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that fall protection was not used by each employee that performed framing work on the top of the building with up to a 29'9" fall to ground distance.
