Location: Job site; On or about 04/30/2025, employees were exposed to the overhead live electrical service drop which was entering the building from the utility pole which was within 10-feet of the employees working from the Hydro-Mobile scaffolding erected beneath the service drop. The electrical line was tested by the town electrical inspector on 05/01/2025 and was confirmed to be live to the building but had not been turned on at the meter.
