The electrical line was tested by the town electrical inspector on 05/01/2025 and was confirmed to be live to the building but had not been turned on at the meter.

Location: Job site;  On or about 05/01/2025, employees were observed cleaning red masonry bricks with Sure Klean Vana Trol and other masonry bricklaying activities on the lower roof of the multi-family residential building from approximately 7-feet above the ground below who were not protected from falling by use of guardrails, safety nets, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone.
