29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (107 cm), plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm), above the walking-working surface: a) Job site, 310 Cedar Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about May 1, 2025 during HVAC repair activities, the employer did not ensure appropriate fall protection was in use. Parapet walls relied on for fall protection during the work were determined to be no more than approximately 32 inches in height.
