29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition: (a) On or about May 01, 2025, and at times prior, the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees were operating the LPG forklifts without legible data plates on several of the forklifts. This condition exposed employees to crushing, caught-between, and struck-by hazards.
