At the worksite, located at 1606 Brookhouse Dr Sarasota, FL 34241; On or about 5/1/25; the employer had reason to believe that an affected employee, who was already trained on fall protection, did not have the understanding and skill required, resulting in the exposure of employees to fall hazards; in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work.
