29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  Automotive Shop:  Not all employees were provided the required Hazard Communication program training where automotive chemical products were used.  Information and training on health and physical hazards of automotive chemical products including  flammable products such as Brake cleaner, was not provided.   On 4-23-25, Metal Storage Container: An employee used brake cleaner, a flammable product, to clean tire wheels. The vapors ignited causing burns to the skin. Employee was not adequately trained about hazards of using a flammable product in a confined area and potential for sparks from static electricity and/or power tools.
