29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:   a) New construction: located at 34 Sonoma Drive Adairsville, GA, 30103: the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards during framing operations in that head protection was not provided during truss flying and setting operations.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) New construction: located at 34 Sonoma Drive Adairsville, GA, 30103: the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards during framing operations in that eye protection was not provided where tools including but not limited to hammers, circular saws, and pneumatic nail guns powered at 125 P.S.I. were in use.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New construction: located at 34 Sonoma Drive Adairsville, GA, 30103: Lot 90:  the employer exposed employees to 9-foot fall hazards from the top plate to the concrete lower level during framing operations in that a fall protection system was not available during truss setting operations.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:   a) New construction: located at 34 Sonoma Drive Adairsville, GA, 30103: Lot 90: the employer exposed employees to fall hazards during framing operations in that a 6-foot step ladder was used to access the 9-foot, 2nd level requiring the workers to use the top step.
