29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(ii): Liquefied petroleum gas container(s) stored inside were located near exits, stairways, or in areas normally used or intended for the safe exit of people: a) On April 30, 2025 employees working at the Fed Ex warehouse located at 2701 US Highway 81 North in Grand Forks, North Dakota had liquefied petroleum gas bottles chained and stored inside the building next to the employee office door which is in the pathway intended for safe exit for employees from the building in the event of an emergency.
