Employees are exposed to unguarded portions of a horizontal band saw blade.  j) 201 S Hellertown Ave, Quakertown, PA, 189511, Maintenance shop: On or about May 6, 2025, the DeWalt portable bandsaw, serial number 038723, is being operated without a properly adjusted guard.
