On or about 6 May 2025, employees of Fixture Concepts Inc. were exposed to struck-by hazards by not furnishing each hand-fed ripsaw with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator. Inadequately guarded saw includes, but is not limited to, Powermatic Table Saw (Model 66; S/N 9066076).
