North Brunswick NJ 08902 - An "A" frame ladder was placed on top of the roof of a motor vehicle and used by employees to remove a sign. The ladder was not placed on a level surface exposing employees to fall hazards of approx. 7 feet. Hazards observed on or about May 1, 2025.
