OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling loads . (a) On or about May 06, 2025, at the south end of construction site located at: 5502 Calhoun County Rd 201, East Camden, Arkansas 71701, the employer failed to protect employees from struck by hazards. Employees were allowed to work in an area where a forklift was loading a concrete forms onto a flatbed trailer. An unstable load fell exposing the employees in the area to a struck by hazard.
