1910.178(n)(1):  All traffic regulations shall be observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times.  (a) 21 W. Jefferson Avenue, Naperville, IL 60540 - On or about May 7, 2025, an employee was exposed to struck-by, impact, and caught-between hazards when operating a Toyota 50-8FGU32 Forklift Truck, serial no. 15702,  for material handling tasks on the city street such as, but not limited to, moving lumber on the Jefferson Avenue road. The operator's seat belt was not used during these tasks to restrain the operator in the seat in the event of a sudden stop, tip-over, roll-over, etc.  Abatement documentation is not required of this item.
