29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Zaxby's parking lot: On or about May 7, 2025, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 16-feet to the lower ground level, in that fall arrest systems were not provided to employees removing foam and stucco from a commercial building while working inside the basket of a JLG Aerial Lift.
