One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided on multiple pieces of equipment.   a) End trim conveyor- There were exposed nip points on the end trim conveyor next to where the flipper works and transitions logs. b) Resaw chain conveyor- There is an exposed rotating chain belt around knee height below the resaw chain conveyor that is directly next to two employees. c) End trim saw- On the side of the end trim saw closest to the stacking machines, the saw head is exposed with 14 inches of distance from the end of the machine. d) Lumber stacker- The lumber stackers have a partially guarded chain belt. e) Stacking machine power panels- There is a chain belt attached to the lower right side of the power panels of the stacker machines that is unguarded.
