29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):    a) New commercial construction site located at 1214 Joe Frank Harris Parkway Cartersville, GA 30121, concrete masonry cement mixer, on or about 5/8/2025 and times prior; The employer exposed employees to chemical hazards during mixing operations in that the employer did not develop a written safety and heath program to include providing of chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and information and training on chemicals including but not limited to Silica and Silicosis.

29 CFR  1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions.  a) New commercial construction site located at 1214 Joe Frank Harris Parkway Cartersville, GA 30121, concrete masonry cement mixer, on or about 5/8/2025 and times prior; The employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards during mixing operations in that eye protection use was not enforced.  b) New commercial construction site located at 1214 Joe Frank Harris Parkway Cartersville, GA 30121, concrete masonry cement mixer, on or about 5/8/2025 and times prior; The employer exposed employees to skin irritation and burn hazards during mixing operations in that protective gloves use was not enforced.
