OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not provide a workplace that was free from recognized hazards that could cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by caught-between and fall hazards from tipping earthmoving equipment.    On or about May 8, 2025,  during a landscaping construction project located at 5400 Valley Parkway, Brecksville, OH 44141, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from the overloading of a Bobcat MT100, which put the Bobcat at risk of tipping exposing the employees to struck-by, caught-between and fall hazards. The employer installed an unapproved 74-inch bucket on the Bobcat that went beyond the operational capacity of the equipment.
