The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated  On or about May 8, 2025, an employee was engaged  in carpentry activities from a Nifty SP34 aerial lift on a residential  building and was  exposed to fall hazards as he was  not utilizing fall protection.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
