29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). (a) On or about May 8, 2025, at 632 E. Brittlewood Ln., Oak Creek, WI 53154, employees installing a roof on a residential home with a 7:12 pitch were not using fall protection. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet 11 inches from the roof eve to the ground below on the right (east) side of the home. MNR Home Improvement, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528218, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at N62 W23697 Hickory Dr., Sussex, WI 53089. MNR Home Improvement, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678145, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1105 Seneca St., Hartford, WI 53027.
