29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) New residential construction/ 3927 Enclave Way, Lot #45, Tucker, GA 30084: On or about 05/09/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 24-feet, 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in installing siding activities when the lifelines were not connected to anchor points prior to the start of work.
