29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a. On a scaffold at a residential homesite located at 2265 Blue Grosbeak, Wimauma, Florida 33598: On or about 5/9/25 the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that safety glasses were not used by employees operating air powered nail guns while performing siding activities. PCH Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1794082, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/30/25, with respect to a workplace located at 37709 Fraser Road, Zephyrhills, Florida 33544.
