29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iv):Monthly inspections of hoist chains, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and an identifier of the chain which was inspected, were not performed: In the work areas located at 3110 N Mead St. Wichita, KS, employees exposed to struck by hazards from the overhead cranes and materials being lifted. A complete periodic inspection of the hoist chains on all gantry cranes in the facility had not been documented prior to the opening conference date of May 8, 2025.
