29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) Residential Site: On or about 4/29/2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that they were operating Metabo HPT pneumatic nail gun(s) without eye protection while performing roofing activities. Perez Framing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1729973, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at The Greyson Parc Subdivision, 109 North Chesapeake Bay Dr., Locust Grove, GA 30248.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Residential Site: On or about 4/25/2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of more than 21 feet above ground level, in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to employee(s) while they were performing roofing activities on a 10:12 pitch roof. b) Residential Site: On or about 4/29/2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees performing framing activities to fall hazards of more than 15ft from the front side window to the ground below, in that a mid rail had not been installed while employees were at the window retrieving material for framing. Perez Framing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1729973, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at The Greyson Parc Subdivision, 109 North Chesapeake Bay Dr., Locust Grove, GA 30248.
