29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, 2279 McAleer Road, Sewickley, PA: On or about May 9, 2025 during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure an employee used appropriate fall protection systems/devices where fall hazards of up to approximately 10 feet existed.
