29 CFR 1910.28(b)(6)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee less than 4 feet (1.2 m) above dangerous equipment is protected from falling into or onto the dangerous equipment by a guardrail system or a travel restraint system, unless the equipment is covered or guarded to eliminate the hazard. a)600 Corporate Drive, Lebanon, NJ 08833-An employee performed servicing operations while standing on the edge of a Belshaw deep fryer, which measures 34.5 inches in height and 31.5 inches in depth, without the use of a fall protection system. The fryer contained cooking oil heated to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, exposing the employee to the risk of burns. Hazard occurred on or about and thereafter 5 /9/25

The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative: A) 600 Corporate Drive, Lebanon, NJ 08833- Employee(s) servicing the Belshaw deep fryer were exposed to stored thermal energy while cleaning the drip tray, as the employer did not have an energy control program in place. This program should consist of procedures, employee training, and periodic inspections to protect employees engaged in maintenance and service activities. Hazard occurred on or about and thereafter 5/9/25
