29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about May 13, 2025, employees engaged in residential construction activities on the job site located at 11855 South 113th Ave, Papillion, Nebraska 68046 were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were observed removing shingles from a residential structure at heights greater than 10 feet 4 inches without any form of fall protection being utilized.
