29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: Location - Executive Conference Room - Room 13. On or about 5/13/2025, a fire extinguisher was not inspected on an annual basis to ensure that it was in proper working order and not damaged. U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1737117, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed a final order on 8/20/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 41 Lowell Road Pepperell, MA 01463.
