29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: Location: Target Store T1491 - East Hanover, 130 State Route 10, East Hanover, NJ 07936; Backroom (Receiving/Stockroom) area a) On or about 5/13/2025, employees operated the baler to crush cardboard boxes and were exposed to electrocution hazards from the exposed wires that were not protected from abrasion due to a damaged female adapter on the conduit fitting.
