29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Rear of new residential construction located on 233 Kindness Circle, Lot 11, McDonough, GA 30253: On or about May 13, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities on a pump jack scaffold system.
