29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines were not as followed: Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer than 3 ft to exposed and energized power lines. a. On or about May 9, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards while erecting, dismantling, and working from frame scaffolding in close proximity to a 120/240 volt overhead power line.
