29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) Location: 280 Atlantic Ave. Hull, MA. On or about May 13, 2025, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 25 feet while performing roofing activities, where the employer did not provide for a competent person to perform frequent and regular inspections of the site. The Ferrara Roofing & Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1752942, citation number 1, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 80 Hampton Circle Rd. Hull, MA 02045
