29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about May 14, 2025, an employee was not protected from a fall while working from an articulating arborist bucket truck, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 10 feet. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
